Dr. Clinton Normore serves as Chief Diversity Officer and Assistant Professor at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences (ATSU), where he provides strategic leadership for one of the nation's most comprehensive diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives in graduate health professions education. He also serves as faculty for the Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-MOSDOH) and the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH), teaching behavioral science and preparing future healthcare professionals to serve increasingly diverse communities.
Dr. Stephanie McGrew is a nationally recognized speaker, consultant, and equity strategist who specializes in cultural proficiency, unconscious bias, and navigating micro and macro aggressions within educational, organizational, and community spaces. As the Assistant Director for Diversity and Inclusion at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, she leads high-impact initiatives that advance inclusive excellence, strengthen institutional culture, and expand access to health professions education for historically underserved populations.
